Eligibility

Candidate seeking admission to First Year B.Sc. Nursing course must have passed the Examination as listed below.

  • Passed in 12th class or 10+2 CBSE with Science (Physics,Chemistry,Biology) or equivalent with minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology provided that the candidates has passed in each subject separately. The candidate must also have passed English in qualifying examinations.

  • Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Wards of Defence Personal/Physically Handicapped will be allowed 5% relaxation of marks in the minimum eligibility requirements.

  • Minimum age : 17 Years

  • Physical Fitness: Candidate should be medically fit.

Requirement for Admission
All the columns in application form are to be filled by the candidates in their own handwriting.
The following certificate should be enclosed along with the application:
  • Mark list 10th & 12th examinations.
  • Passing certificate of 10th & 12th examinations.
  • Mark list of latest NEET / MHT-CET / Assc.CET exams
  • Nationality certificate.
  • Caste certificate.
  • Income certificate.
  • Domicile certificate
  • Migration certificate from University/ Board
  • Birth certificate.
  • Leaving certificate.
  • Caste validity & Caste certificate. (if Applicable)
  • Non–Creamy layer certificate. (if applicable)

Total Numbers of seats: 50 (fifty only)

Criteria for Selection
The selection of the candidates for admission to B.Sc. Nursing Course will be made on the merit in entrance test.
All candidates must appear for the entrance test.

Note:
No separate intimation will be sent to the candidate regarding declaration of results and commencement of counseling/admission. Result will be declared on the Notice Board as well as on website.

Procedure for Preparing Merit List:
Merit list prepared on the basis of entrance test will be followed for inviting candidates for counseling & group discussions and scores of these will also be considered for final merit list which will be used to decide sequence of admission.

The selection test will be of two hours and 30 minutes duration and shall contain objective type (multiple choices) items of 600 marks. The test will be based on Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) Curriculum of Physics (20%) , Chemistry (20%) and Biology (40%), English Language and Comprehension (10%) , General Awareness about Health related Matter(10%).

Prospectus
SALE OF PROSPECTUS & LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM
The Prospectus along with application form will be available at Kamalnayan Bajaj Nursing college, Aurangabad on all working days from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. against payment of Rs. 500/- in Cash or Banker’s Cheque / Demand Draft in favor of MMRI’s Kamalnayan Bajaj Nursing College, Aurangabad.
  • Sale by Post :
    Propectus along with Application Form can also be obtained through registered/speed post. A request in this regard should be sent to the Principal, Kamalnayan Bajaj Nursing college, Aurangabad , Gut No - 43, Satara Parisar , Bajaj Marg, Beed Bypass Road, Aurangabad-431005 along with the following:
    1. A Demand Draft of Rs 500/- in favor of “MMRI’s Kamalnayan Bajaj Nursing college”, payable at Aurangabad.
    2. The name, address and phone number of the applicant should be clearly mentioned on the backside of the Demand Draft/Pay Order.
    3. A self-addressed envelope of size not less than 24cms x 30cms along with postal stamps of Rs 50/- duly affixed thereon.
Notes:
a) The request must reach to college according to dates published, the amount once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances.
b) The envelope of the application requesting for the issuance of Prospectus must be super scribed at the left-top corner as “REQUEST FOR B.Sc. NURSING PROSPECTUS FOR THE SESSION 2013”
c) The Institute will not be responsible for the delay, loss or damage, if any, (during the transit) of the Application/Demand Draft/Pay Order for issuance of Prospectus and for the Prospectus after its dispatch from the College/Institute. Jurisdiction of Courts: Any dispute in regard to any matter referred to herein will be subject to the jurisdiction of Aurangabad Court.
Submission of Application Form by Hand/Post
The applicants are advised to retain a photocopy of the duly filled-in- Application form before the same is submitted to the College.
